Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Corporate Development senior manager to drive growth through acquisitions, new builds, and campus expansions. Based in Miami with a hybrid working arrangement, you will report to the Head of Transaction Delivery & Integration in London and lead cross-functional teams across regions.

The role requires strong financial modelling, deal experience, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a degree from a leading University.
• MBA or Master\'s in finance, CFA, CPA or equivalent a plus.
• Experience of various markets and cultures.
• Experience working in a deal environment, preferably in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, transaction team of a Big 4 accounting firm, Investment bank, management consultant with transaction experience from a top consulting firm.
• Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, strong PowerPoint skills.
• Highly numerate with a sound understanding of what lays behind numbers and drive revenues and profitability.
• Ability to work in teams, independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Market Prioritization and Pipeline Development: analyze markets, prioritise opportunities, and manage pipeline.
• Acquisitions: lead evaluation, LOI, due diligence, and documentation; build investor relations.
• Integration of Acquisitions: support integration planning and execution; ensure due diligence elements.
• New Builds: analyze financial data and prepare business cases; support board presentations.
• Strategic Studies: manage growth strategy studies and capital deployment planning.
• People Management and Leadership: foster high-performing project teams and ensure accountability.
• Client Liaison/ Customer Support: liaise with sellers, investors, and partners; represent the company at events.
