Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in institutional investing or related field.
• Strong foundation in investment, finance, economics, and capital markets concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear presentations.
• Commitment to fiduciary responsibility with care and prudence for participants.
• Proficiency with Excel and investment research platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment).
• Strong attention to detail with portfolio-level thinking.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Curiosity about financial markets and AI-enabled research improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate market insights and support investment decision-making.
• Analyze a broad range of investment strategies and asset classes to inform portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions.
• Assist in developing capital market assumptions, portfolio analytics, and optimization models.
• Evaluate portfolio positioning, performance attribution, risk exposures, and outcomes across strategies.
• Participate in investment discussions, provide thoughtful analysis, challenge assumptions, and contribute ideas.
• Research trends and best practices in defined contribution investing and institutional asset management.
• Support due diligence and monitoring of external investment managers across markets.
• Leverage technology, data analytics, and AI tools to enhance research processes and insights.
