Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Boston seeks a Senior corporate associate attorney with at least five years of experience to join its growing business practice and work directly with clients on sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities include advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and drafting documents such as acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and operating agreements. The base salary ranges $170,000–$300,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Senior corporate associate with at least eight years of experience.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance or other contract drafting and negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen, engage and convey complex matters clearly in oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to entrepreneurial clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate needs.
• Draft and negotiate corporate documents including acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements.
