Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Boston seeks a Senior corporate associate attorney with at least five years of experience to join its growing business practice and work directly with clients on sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities include advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and drafting documents such as acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and operating agreements. The base salary ranges $170,000–$300,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, advice and solutions to entrepreneurial clients in diverse industries with respect to their mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and general corporate needs
• Negotiating and drafting of all types of corporate documents including acquisition agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, etc.
• Negotiating, structuring and implementing equity compensation plans, bonus plans, and deferred compensation agreements.

Desired Requirements:

• A senior corporate associate attorney with at least eight years of experience
• handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance or other contract drafting and negotiations, and other corporate work.
• Excellent communication skills are key: ability to listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Strong work ethic, practice management and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and be a motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced and collegial environment.
• Large firm experience not required, but a significant plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is between $170,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
