Responsibilities include providing high-quality client service and collaborating with team members, with the expectation of working from the office approximately 60% of the time. The salary range is competitive, between $260,000 to $365,000, with an additional bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent critical reasoning skills.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
