Job summary

BKF is a multi‑service infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 tenant integrations, Entra ID, and related migration efforts across BKF and acquired companies. The role provides hands‑on engineering, architecture, and risk management in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting.

You will coordinate with BKF technology teams and external partners, travel as needed, and ensure seamless integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, and identity services

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise technology integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, licensing, and collaboration services.
• Strong PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence; refine evaluation criteria.
• Assess acquired‑company technology licenses, contracts, and gaps; support license purchases.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, technical schedules, and cutover procedures.
• Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide hands‑on engineering, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and cutover support as needed.
• Coordinate spontaneous migrations and align with multiple BKF teams.
