Job summary

BKF Engineers is seeking a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 tenant integrations and overall integration architecture for acquisitions. This hands-on role directs internal engineers, coordinates with BKF teams, and guides complex migrations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Microsoft cloud expertise, strong technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously in a hybrid Bay Area setting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise technology integration.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience designing or executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, identity, domains, licensing, and collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and due diligence, interpreting findings for BKF and refining evaluation criteria.
• Assess acquired-company technology licenses, subscriptions, and contracts; identify technical requirements and gaps.
• Develop integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and hypercare requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and domains.
