• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a transaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing, including structuring and execution.
• Serve as primary client contact on legal, strategic, and business matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals.
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, IP, and finance specialists on complex issues.
• Draft principal transaction agreements and handle high-stakes negotiations.
• Manage post-closing matters, including adjustments, integration, and disputes.
