Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience, with emphasis on public and private M&A.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible to waive in.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams and supervise junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from structuring through closing, including drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and coordinate across practice areas to ensure efficient execution of transactions.
• Advise clients on day-to-day corporate governance and general corporate matters.
• Work closely with partners and clients to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.
