Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantial transactional experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience representing buyers and sellers in private/public M&A transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating merger, stock purchase, and asset agreements.
• Ability to manage M&A transactions end-to-end from inception to closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a broad range of M&A transactions, domestic and cross-border.
• Coordinate diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing deliverables.
• Advise clients on practical and legal considerations in complex deals.
• Provide direct client interaction and strategic guidance.
• Supervise junior attorneys and coordinate with bankers, accountants, and counsel.
