Job summary

Harris Williams, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an Experienced Associate to join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure team in New York, NY. The role emphasizes deal execution, client exposure, and mentorship of analysts, with a strong focus on financial modeling and valuation.

Candidates should have 2+ years in investment banking or related fields, be able to relocate to NYC, and obtain required FINRA licenses within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to designated office location (New York).
• FINRA licensing: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 must be acquired within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work and oversee junior team workstreams in live deal execution and new business development.
• Present findings and complex analyses to deal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to drive execution and value creation.
