Job summary

Harris Williams seeks an Experienced Associate to join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure team in the New York, NY office. The role involves high client exposure, rigorous financial analysis, and leadership of analysts during live deals.

Two or more years in investment banking or related fields is expected, with relocation and travel as part of the role. Sponsorship for visas is not provided, and FINRA licensing within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to designated office location.
• FINRA licensing: SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 must be acquired within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive work forward in partnership with analysts.
• Interact with clients and senior bankers on live engagements.
• Lead analytical work and oversee junior team workstreams during deals.
• Support deal execution and new business development.
• Translate data and analyses into clear, market-ready stories.
