Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a Senior Associate, M&A to join the Corporate Development team in Columbus, OH, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development. The role centers on owning financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions, with exposure to deal sourcing and presentation to the C-suite.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage data rooms, and build a path to independently lead smaller M&A transactions as you progress.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of analytical experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory services.
• Demonstrated mastery of building complex three-statement financial models and valuation analyses.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence as project manager across Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, and Operations.
• Identify and evaluate target companies and maintain a deal pipeline.
• Support deal structuring, LOI drafting, and negotiations with leadership.
