Qualifications

• 1–2 years full-time Investment Banking experience with closed deals.
• Strong modeling fundamentals, writing, and attention to detail.
• Sector interest in Industrials / Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Other deal-related backgrounds (Big 4 TAS, Corp Dev, PE/VC, Valuation) considered case-by-case.
