Job summary

Capstone Partners, a leading U.S. investment banking firm, is seeking Associate and/or Vice President level professionals for the Industrials/Infrastructure team in a Chicago-area role.

You will support the execution of middle-market sell-side M&A transactions, performing financial analysis, valuation, and drafting client materials while coordinating with senior bankers and clients throughout the process. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience.
• Experience in live sell-side M&A transactions.
• Strong accounting and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sell-side M&A execution from engagement to close.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations, teasers, and buyer lists.
