Job summary

Brooks Safety Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a fully qualified CPA to lead complex accounting for acquisitions, consolidation and close. You will own purchase accounting for acquisitions, drive integration into Dynamics 365, and partner with external auditors and lenders.

Your role advances the ERP and reporting controls in a fast-growing, PE-backed multi-entity environment. Strong US GAAP, advanced Excel and analytics are essential, with prior Big Four and industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CPA with strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Big Four audit background followed by industry experience.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchase accounting for acquisitions, including fair value and intangibles.
• Own deal accounting files from signing through audit with supporting memos.
• Oversee consolidation of multi-entity entities and intercompany eliminations.
• Partner with corporate development on diligence with accounting impact.
• Drive process improvements in ERP and close cycle.
