Job summary

Brooks Safety Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior Finance Systems Leader to own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across the finance workstream from design through go-live and post-implementation.

You will collaborate with IT and Data Analytics, manage acquisitions onboarding onto D365, drive process improvements with AI tooling, and build a scalable, multi-entity finance platform for the growing family of brands.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance systems, ERP or related roles.
Full lifecycle D365 Finance implementation with post-go-live ownership.
Clear communication between accountants, operators and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance workstream of the D365 implementation: requirements, design decisions, configuration, testing, data migration validation, cutover and training.
After go-live, own the platform for Finance: enhancements, release management, security roles, the support model and issue resolution.
Drive adoption—closing, consolidation, AP, AR and inventory in the system.
Evaluate and integrate additional modules and ISV solutions as the business matures.
Partner with IT and Data Analytics on reporting; own master data standards across entities.
Build and run a playbook for onboarding acquisitions onto D365; coordinate with stakeholders.
