Job summary

Brooks Safety Solutions is seeking a Finance D365 Lead to own the Finance workstream from go-live through ongoing operations. You will collaborate with IT, Data Analytics, and acquisition teams to ensure robust financial processes and data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in finance systems and a full lifecycle D365 Finance implementation, with strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance systems, ERP or related roles with D365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of close, consolidation, intercompany, AP, AR, inventory in D365.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and master data management.
• Proven project leadership across business users, IT and partners.
• Clear communicator who translates between accountants, operators and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream of the D365 implementation: requirements, design decisions, configuration, testing, data migration validation, cutover and training.
• Post-go-live ownership: enhancements, release management, security roles, support model, issue resolution.
• Expand modules and ISV solutions as business grows: fixed assets, expense, close management, consolidation, planning.
• Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and partner ecosystem; assess adoption value.
• Own data standards across entities and brands: COA, dimensions, vendors, customers, items.
