Job summary

Richardson Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and supervise nursing assistants in a long-term care setting.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, maintain patient records, coordinate with physicians, and lead quality assurance activities to deliver high-quality resident care. This is a full-time, on-site role within a comprehensive care facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license to practice.
• Ability to supervise and lead nursing staff in a long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care facility regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain and review Nursing Service Procedures Manual; report on shift activities.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to plan resident care.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and discharge planning.
