Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and an active LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.

• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
• Oversee charting, documentation, and discharge planning in accordance with procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate resident care.
