Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Switchgear Technician to join our Reno, NV team. This role provides project support to the Electrical Lead Cx Engineer and requires experience with critical electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will engage in commissioning, startup activities, and field installations across AMER regions, coordinating with clients and third-party agents to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in switchgear or related field.
• Experience with commissioning and startups in regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical Lead Cx technician on AMER projects.
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations.
• Provide technical support to clients and third-party commissioning agents.
• Produce documentation in accordance with company/customer procedures.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Coordinate with engineering for continuous improvements in designs.
