Job summary

Hanley Energy in Ashburn, VA seeks a Senior Low Voltage Switchgear Technician to support critical electrical systems across AMER. You will work with the Lead Cx Engineer, travel to client sites, and coordinate with third-party commissioning agents to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in switchgear, strong electrical theory, and certifications such as NFPA70 and OSHA10.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical Power Systems in a regulated industry.
• Experience with Switchgear, Remote Power panels and Power Distribution Units.
• Installation verifications, Startups and Commissioning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical Lead Cx technician on AMER projects.
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at diverse locations.
• Provide technical support to third-party commissioning agents.
• Produce documentation per company/customer procedures.
• Travel to customer sites as required; provide on-call support.
• Maintain internal records for customer supplied equipment.
