Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Switchgear Technician to support the US Central Region in Dallas/Fort Worth. The role involves commissioning, startup, and field support for critical power systems, with travel across the AMER region.

You will work under the Electrical Lead Cx Technician, applying knowledge of electrical theory, switchgear, and control circuits, while upholding company standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical theory and control circuits.
• Experience with ladder logic and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with Modbus TCP and Industrial Ethernet.
• Ability to produce technical documentation (PDFs).
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrical Lead Cx Technician on AMER projects.
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations.
• Provide coordinated support to third‑party commissioning agents.
• Produce documentation per company and client procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and third‑party technicians; travel as required.
• Maintain high-quality internal records for equipment and projects.
• Report progress and lessons learned to improve future work.
