Job summary

Hanley Energy Group seeks a Team Lead Low Voltage Switchgear Technician in Ashburn, VA. You will lead LV technicians, support commissioning activities, attend client meetings, and ensure documentation aligns with standards.

Role requires 3–5 years in switchgear, strong electrical and control circuits knowledge, and willingness to travel. Based at the US East Regional Office with national travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in the switchgear industry or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the East Coast LV Cx Manager with assigned projects across AMER.
• Manage and support LV technicians on sites with daily tasks and priorities.
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations.
• Provide technical support to clients and third-party commissioning agents.
• Produce documentation per company and customer procedures.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
