Trueline's client, a premier luxury custom home builder in Florida, is looking for a Senior Project Superintendent. In this role, you will lead the construction of stunning waterfront homes and ensure quality from groundbreaking to completion.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing luxury custom residential projects.
• Experience building high-end waterfront or coastal homes.
• Strong understanding of luxury residential construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of luxury custom homes.
• Manage field operations and maintain quality and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and architects.
• Deliver projects exceeding Florida building code requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance.
