At MONOGRAM, we don't just build brands, we shape how they show up in the world. Our clients represent some of the most refined, design-forward, and experience-driven names in lifestyle and hospitality. The standard is high because the brands are.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Social Media Account Executive to lead social strategy and content creation for one of our newest marquee hospitality clients. You will turn performance data into a clear direction, shape the visual and editorial point of view, and carry the work from planning through production to finished posts ready for the client to deploy.
Luxury hospitality experience is a must, because it's what we specialize in.
What You'll Do
- Social Strategy & Insight: Help establish and evaluate social strategies across platforms. Review performance reports, social listening and competitive analysis closely, then turn what you find into clear insights and recommendations. Present them to the client and advise the brand team on next steps.
- Brand & Campaign Translation: Partner with the larger account team that owns brand position and campaign development, and translate their core messages through a social-forward lens so every concept reads as a part of one brand story.
- Content Approach: Work with the team to develop a brand-specific, ownable style and visual direction for all content, and to bring cohesion across assets.
- Editorial Calendars: Help build and adapt monthly editorial calendars around client priorities, and see them through execution.
- Production Visits: Prepare each production visit with shot lists and content priorities for capture tied to the calendar. Travel with the team as a content producer, capturing quick-turn social content and directing the content team while on location.
- Packaging Final Content: Organize captured assets, work with editors to shape final post content, write post copy, and deliver client-ready packages for publishing.
- Influencer Partnerships: Lead influencer work from identification and vetting through outreach, partnership drafts for client review, execution and reporting, all in support of the larger editorial calendar.
- Formats and Trends: Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media techniques specific to luxury hospitality.
- Collaboration: Work with account services, creative and media to develop integrated social plans that ladder to the larger marketing goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years experience creating social content for a brand or organization across multiple platforms.
- Agency experience with meaningful exposure to hospitality, hotel, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred.
- Top-notch writing skills, including carrying a brand voice through concepts and post copy.
- A working knowledge of social platforms and a strong grasp of what's winning.
- A proven record of turning analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience producing or directing content with a sharp eye for visual direction.
- Experience leading creator and influencer partnerships from sourcing through reporting.
- Polished, client-ready presentations, reports and written recommendations.
- An innovative thinker who uses strategic reasoning to guide social media execution.
- Works well independently and in a team environment, and flourishes in a fast-paced one.
- Comfortable pitching ideas to clients and managing feedback constructively.
- Able to establish a high level of trust with clients.
- Shares knowledge of current industry news and trends, both internally and with clients.
- Enjoys working with people, with infectious energy and a capacity for hard work.
- Able to travel to six, multi-day, on-property production visits each year.
- Must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid passport prior to the first scheduled trip.
What You'll Gain
- Social lead of a marquee, high-visibility hospitality account from day one.
- Direct collaboration with senior agency leadership on strategy and growth.
- A seat on the production team, working on location with creators and editors.
- A highly curated, content-forward portfolio to build your career on.
- Outsized impact in an agency where your work is seen and felt immediately.
A Note on Pace
Our clients are premium hospitality brands, and occasionally that means responding outside standard hours when something time-sensitive comes up. We're upfront about that expectation and aim to keep it the exception, not the norm.
Why MONOGRAM
We're selective about the work we take on and the people we bring in. If you want to do career-defining work for brands that set the standard in hospitality and lifestyle, we'd like to talk.
