Faucets N Fixtures in California is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our luxury showroom team. You will leverage a proven sales background, maintain relationships with designers, builders, and homeowners, and manage client projects with meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in decorative plumbing or luxury retail, a strong record of meeting sales goals, and superb communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in decorative plumbing, luxury retail, or related sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to high-end clientele.
• Experience developing and maintaining a strong book of business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, management, and other departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting high-end plumbing products that meet their design preferences and project requirements.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, architects, builders, and contractors.
• Manage client projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and communication.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to showroom sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when working with high-end clientele.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in showroom events and promotions that support business growth.
• Mentor and support developing Sales Associates.
