Responsibilities

Lead regional marketing strategy execution across the retail network.
Translate central priorities into local market guidelines for Retail Partners.
Ensure timely execution of Tier 1 campaigns at retail level.
Provide tools, guidance and best practices to regional managers.
Monitor adoption and drive corrective actions across regions.
Foster knowledge sharing and identify opportunities to enhance retail marketing effectiveness.
Develop and execute prospect acquisition initiatives across the retail network.
Identify partnerships to access high-potential target audiences.
Design activation frameworks to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
Connect qualified prospects with Retail Partners for local conversion.
Establish governance with Regional Marketing Manager and Retail Partners.
Adapt HQ strategies to address local market dynamics and dealer opportunities.
Collaborate with Customer Development on CRM and reporting for prospecting.
