Qualifications
- Licensed real estate professional with a track record in luxury sales.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
- Excellent communication and listening skills; capable of resolving objections.
- Growth-minded and eager to learn new strategies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily.
- Consult with buyers, convert to agreements, and identify homes.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
- Attend weekly trainings, morning huddles and one weekly in-person team meeting.
- Participate in seasonal team activities.
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
