Job summary

The RealReal in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Fine Jewelry & Watch Specialist to authenticate luxury jewelry and watches, inspect condition, and determine material quality using GIA evaluation methods and testing procedures.

You will work with a team to set prices, research market value, and enter product data while meeting daily production targets in a fast-paced environment. The role offers ongoing education opportunities and access to on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fine jewelry and/or watch experience, or a GIA Certification.
• Experience with diamonds: identification, grading, pricing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Authenticate luxury fine jewelry items, including high-risk brands.
• Identify colored stones and diamonds using GIA techniques.
• Inspect consigned pieces for condition and materials quality.
• Set prices for branded and unbranded jewelry with approvals.
• Enter product measurements and fabrication data.
• Support pricing using standard TRR methods.
