Collaborate with Superintendents to manage procurement, submittals, and shop drawings.
Lead coordination among clients, designers, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction through strict process discipline.
