Job summary

2MO, a premier NYC construction firm, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-end interior renovation projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will supervise multiple trades, manage detailed budgets and schedules, and coordinate with designers, architects, and clients to deliver luxury finishes.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with luxury interiors, strong knowledge of NYC codes and DOB filings, and a client-focused, white-glove service mindset.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of managing high-end interior renovation projects.
• Experience with luxury finishes and custom millwork.
• Strong knowledge of NYC building code and DOB filings.
• Excellent communication with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: Review drawings, specifications, and interior design packages; build budgets, bid packages, and trade scopes.
• Construction Management: Lead day-to-day execution of high-end interior projects; coordinate subcontractors across trades.
• Schedule, Budget, Reporting: Maintain master schedule; track costs; produce weekly progress reports for ownership.
• Procurement: Manage procurement of long-lead materials and custom fabrication; ensure timely deliveries.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality controls; ensure NYC code compliance, DOB permits, HOA/Co-op rules, and safety standards.
• Client, Designer & Owner Interface: Represent the firm professionally; communicate clearly with high-end clients and design teams.
• Close-Out: Manage final inspections, sign-offs, and punch-lists; ensure flawless luxury-grade finish.
