Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in technical, architectural, construction, or luxury-product settings.
• Strong ability to read drawings, dimensions, specifications and installation requirements.
• Proven commercial skills including quoting, negotiation and closing opportunities.
• Experience managing long, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-service oriented with strong ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills dealing with demanding clients.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in specs, drawings, quotes, and revisions.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Playa Vista office with LA meetings.
• Existing LA-based relationships with architects/designers/contractors beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project journey from enquiry through order and support.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers and clients.
• Interpret project requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical and product guidance during design and procurement.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, specifications, schedules and project information.
• Coordinate technical requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage revisions and negotiations through to order.
• Own client issues and drive to resolution.
• Handle multiple high-value projects with strong attention to detail.
• Grow existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Win project business via consultative selling and negotiation.
• Maintain responsiveness and high-level customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project delivery.
