The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, preferably in residential construction, and will excel at coordinating all aspects of multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
• Strong preference for luxury custom home experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom residential construction projects from kickoff to final completion.
• Build and maintain project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
