Job summary

Florida Construction Connection, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will direct project teams, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of GC PM experience, strong financial management, and proven leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing luxury hospitality, luxury residential, condominium, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects and project teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Review and negotiate change orders and subcontract agreements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
• Support company growth by maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
