Venturi Astrolab, Inc. in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Sr. Integration Engineer to define and lead the vehicle-level integration flow for the CLV-1 lunar rover, from build to handoff for test.

You will own SI&T strategies, drive cross-functional activities, and shape integration standards for safety and reliability. The role requires strong hands-on leadership in flight hardware integration, and mentorship of junior engineers and technicians, with a focus on cross-disciplinary collaboration within

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 5+ years of integration, test, or manufacturing engineering on complex flight hardware.
• Hands-on experience leading vehicle- or system-level integration through functional test and handoff.

Mansioni

• Own vehicle-level integration flow for rover builds through ship.
• Define the SI&T approach with Systems Engineering and the Test team.
• Lead complex integration operations and end-to-end vehicle tests.
• Lead investigations into anomalous vehicle behavior across boundaries.
• Lead integration readiness reviews for major program milestones.
• Develop and institutionalize integration standards and safe practices.
• Define requirements for integration GSE/EGSE and facility layout.
• Outline detailed integration plans and mentor junior engineers.
