Formación

• 7+ years of claims or legal experience, with emphasis on technical specialty.
• Healthcare/LTC Professional Liability experience strongly desired.
• Licensing: maintain Adjuster's license.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage LTC Professional Liability Claims from first notice to resolution.
• Perform advanced coverage analysis and prepare opinions.
• Document claims thoroughly and manage reserves within authority.
• Manage litigation: outside defense counsel, budgets, and discovery strategy.
• Coordinate clinical resources and expert consultants for causation analysis.
