Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Engineer/Scientist to serve as the Licensed Site Professional for ongoing and upcoming Massachusetts projects, leading site investigations and remedial actions with a senior, collaborative team.

Successful candidates will hold MA LSP certification, have 15+ years in environmental consulting in MA, and may possess PE/PG or related registrations; the role can be stationed at any New England Arcadis office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of environmental consulting experience in MA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LSP-of-record for Massachusetts Waste Sites for Arcadis clients.
• Lead investigation, remedial design, cost estimates, and deliverables with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide senior-level review of technical content and quality.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client/regulator communications.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and scientists.
• Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
• Act as SME for regulatory interpretation, assessment and remediation.
