Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Engineer/Scientist to act as the Licensed Site Professional for Massachusetts projects, leading site investigations and remediation efforts and coordinating with clients and regulators. The role requires MA LSP certification and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams across complex assessments.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in a related field and additional certifications (PE/PG) and state licenses in New England.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or related field.
• Active Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional certification.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting with MA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LSP-of-record for ongoing Massachusetts Waste Sites for Arcadis clients.
• Lead investigation work plans, remedial designs, cost estimates, and other deliverables with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide senior-level review of technical content and quality of written documents.
