Focus Healthcare of Tennessee LLC seeks a Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide nursing care and supervise non-professional personnel in direct patient care. Reports to the Director of Nursing and is non-exempt; multiple shifts available.

The role requires strong assessment skills, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and adherence to patient safety and confidentiality guidelines. Experience in addiction nursing is preferred, with flexibility for full or part-time work schedules.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience is preferred, but not required; preferably one (1) year of Chemical Dependency Nursing in addition to basic nursing experience.
• A current Tennessee Practical Nursing License; current CPR card.

• Completes nursing assessments under the supervision of an RN in a timely manner and indicates potential problems.
• Communicates with patient/family regarding care plan and outcome goals; involved patient/family in developing plan of care and accomplishing outcome goals.
