TEKsystems is seeking a Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Analyst for a hybrid, permanent role in Charlotte, NC. You will work across product teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to govern and track technology investments in alignment with strategy.

This position targets professionals with LPM experience and some exposure to Agile, governance, KPIs, and financial tracking. A strong communicator who can support product roadmaps and budgeting will excel.

Formación

• Lean Portfolio Management experience required.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to portfolio governance, KPIs, and financial tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lean Portfolio Management activities across an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with Product teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Support portfolio governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Track KPIs, benefits, objectives, and key results.
• Support product and solution roadmaps.
• Create governance materials and presentations for leadership.
• Participate in monthly portfolio governance reviews.
• Help identify impediments across initiatives.
• Support the transition toward product-based funding and budgeting.
• Improve Agile processes, reporting, and templates.
• Work with tools such as Azure DevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Support product-transformation workshops.
