Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install, program, test, troubleshoot, and service electronic security systems including fire alarms, burglar alarms, CCTV/video surveillance, and access control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring, system commissioning, alarm programming, and customer support.
Qualifications
- NICET Fire Alarm certification is preferred.
- Experience with DMP, Resideo, PDK or OpenEye platforms is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring and system commissioning is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, test, troubleshoot, and service electronic security systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
- Work with low-voltage wiring and system commissioning.
- Provide customer support and manage installations and service work with minimal supervision.
