Qualifications

• Broad low-voltage background across multiple system types.
• Lead technician experience or ability to take ownership of jobs and guide others.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt when plans change.
• Hands-on experience with network installations, security cameras, cabling, and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Network troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve connectivity, equipment, and cabling issues.
• Problem-solving: identify root causes and resolve issues without step-by-step guidance.
• Adaptability and coachability: learn new technologies and apply feedback.
• Independent work and leadership: manage field assignments and guide others.
• Broad low-voltage experience: hands-on work with multiple low-voltage systems.
• Resourcefulness: test solutions and push forward when answers aren’t obvious.
• Network installations, routers, switches, APs, and cabling.
• Security camera installations and troubleshooting.
• Low-voltage cabling, terminations, testing, and equipment installation.
• Experience with access control or alarms is a plus.
