RTX is seeking a highly skilled RCS engineer to join our Tucson, AZ team onsite. You will design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section, integrate signature control techniques into deliverables, and present results to customers.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus experience with RCS measurement/testing and a Secret clearance. U.S. citizens only.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in STEM with minimum 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverables.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
