Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a quantitative field or a Bachelor's with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in an analytics-related role; lending/fintech preferred.
• Proven track record extracting insights from data for business needs; proactive data analytics.
• Python or R proficiency with advanced Excel and strong SQL skills.
• Domain knowledge in credit risk areas: bureau attributes, scoring, pricing, loss forecasting, collections, fraud detection.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and document methodologies/processes.
• Connect data points into a narrative to understand internal/external factors impacting the portfolio.
• Consolidate analytics insights and dashboards for senior leadership presentations.
• Develop data quality improvements and feature generation leveraging risk expertise.
• Contribute ideas for new financing products tailored to QuickBooks customers.
• Maintain relationships with senior leadership across finance, capital markets, and accounting.
