Job summary

SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking a senior Loss Control professional to lead complex risk assessments and develop tailored loss prevention plans for clients. This field-based role supports insureds across Georgia with regular on-site risk assessments and proactive consultative services.

Candidates should have 13+ years in risk management within P&C insurance, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant professional designations preferred. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk management or related field.
• Minimum 13 years in loss control or risk management within P&C insurance.
• Preferred professional designations such as CSP, ARM, CFPS, CSHMS, ALCM or OHST.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex risk assessments for insured properties and operations.
• Identify exposures and formulate strategic risk-mitigation recommendations.
• Interpret loss data to design client-specific loss prevention programs.
• Provide advanced guidance and conduct client trainings on safety and compliance.
• Monitor effectiveness of loss control measures and adjust as needed.
• Mentor staff and participate in talent decisions where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
