Starr Insurance Companies seeks an experienced Loss Control Manager to oversee and enhance service delivery across the U.S. Construction Casualty portfolio. This leader will bring broad knowledge, deep loss control expertise, and proven experience managing large accounts and teams.

The role requires balancing client needs with resource allocation, promoting a culture of service excellence within Starr’s Risk Consulting and Loss Control functions. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Loss Control experience with large, complex accounts.
• Leadership experience: direct management of people and resources.
• Broad industry knowledge; generalist across multiple casualty lines.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor risk consulting loss control professionals.
• Manage account service process for assigned accounts and act as escalation point.
• Establish service delivery processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Monitor loss development and deploy loss control resources to maintain profitability.
• Attend client meetings and promote Starr’s service capabilities.
