Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for long-lead equipment, responsible for end-to-end planning, forecasting, supplier collaboration, and risk management to ensure on-time project delivery. You will own the strategy from scoping through commissioning.

Requires a strong background in supply chain with capital equipment, ERP/MRP proficiency, and excellent negotiation and cross-functional teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with long-lead materials or capital equipment.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Effective cross-functional communicator in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own long-lead equipment strategy from scoping to delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop and own multi-year plans for long-lead components and equipment.
• Create and maintain detailed forecasts for long-lead items.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiations, and frame agreements.
• Manage full purchase-to-delivery lifecycle and coordinate with logistics.
