Job summary

Lithium Nevada, LLC is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the Maintenance team at Thacker Pass. This role involves leading the reliability and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring optimal performance of critical plant equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-8 years in electrical/instrumentation roles, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to safety standards. The position requires expertise in PLC systems and the ability to navigate industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of electrical/instrumentation experience in mining or heavy industrial environments.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, automation, and control system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities with a strong safety-first mindset.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of PLCs, HMIs, and process control systems.
• Coordinate and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs.

Skills
