Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno, Nevada is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics leader to plan and manage warehouse, transportation and customer service, directing the full order cycle and ensuring on‑time delivery.

You will develop, implement and maintain policies and material control systems, train and develop Operations staff, monitor vendor performance, and maintain safety standards while minimizing cost.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environments
• Experience managing logistics of a factory or similar
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline preferred
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• First-Aid/CPR would be an asset
• Strong MS Office, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in a computerized order entry and fulfillment environment
• Must be analytical with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and material control systems
• Develop employees in operations including training and performance reviews
• Control warehouse inventory and conduct physical counts
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate movement of materials
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers
• Maintain inbound/outbound transportation service levels at lowest cost
• Ensure compliance with internal process controls
• Maintain health and safety measures and report hazards
